Summary about role:

在直属领导的统筹管理下，紧密配合公司整体业务发展战略，以客户为中心，作为临床培训业务伙伴为客户（Customer）提供全方位、全周期的教育/培训支持与服务。

Under the overall management of the direct supervisor and in close alignment with the Company’s overall business development strategy, serve as a clinical training business partner to provide customers with full-scope, full-cycle Education/training support and services.

通过与业务团队的高效协同，深入洞察客户需求，持续提升客户对公司及品牌的专业认可度与信赖感，致力于为客户打造卓越的服务体验。

Through efficient collaboration with business teams, gain in-depth insight into customer needs, continuously enhance customers’ professional recognition of and trust in the Company and its brands, and strive to create an excellent service experience for customers.

Responsibility:

Your Responsibilities: 工作职责

1. 与业务团队保持密切沟通，系统收集并深入分析客户需求与痛点，量身定制客制化培训解决方案，最大限度回应并满足客户专业诉求。
2. Maintain close communication with business teams, systematically collect and thoroughly analyze customer needs and pain points, tailor customized training solutions, and maximize the response to and fulfillment of customer professional demands.
3. 全面掌握培训系统的应用情况，及时识别并响应客户在使用中遇到的问题，高效整合与反馈，持续提升系统使用的有效性与客户满意度。
4. Fully understand the application of the training system, promptly identify and respond to issues encountered by customers during use, effectively consolidate and feed back, and continuously improve system usage effectiveness and customer satisfaction.
5. 充分发挥团队专业优势，通过高效的沟通协调与组织策划，整体提升一线团队面向客户的专业教育/培训服务能力；与业务团队紧密协作，设计并实施多元化的培训模式，指导客户规范使用产品，在持续满足客户专业需求的同时，提升公司品牌形象，树立行业标杆。
6. Leverage the team’s professional strengths through efficient communication, coordination, organization and planning to enhance frontline teams’ customer-facing professional education/training service capabilities; collaborate closely with business teams to design and implement diversified training models, guide customers in the standardized use of products, and continuously meet customer professional needs while enhancing the Company’s brand image and setting industry benchmarks.
7. 按照公司要求有序开展各项工作，保持团队文化的一致性与稳定性，协助团队成员提升个人能力水平，共同打造高绩效优秀团队，为客户提供更优质的教育服务支持。
8. Carry out all tasks in an orderly manner per Company requirements, maintain team cultural consistency and stability, support team members in enhancing their individual competencies, jointly build a high-performing team, and provide customers with higher-quality education service support.

Candidate’s profile:

Your Profile: 人选画像

学历及行业工作经验要求 / Education & Industry Experience：

· 本科学历，护理或临床医学等相关专业；

Bachelor’s degree or above, in Nursing, Clinical Medicine or related fields.

职位工作经验要求 / Position Experience：

· 5年左右肾科工作经验；Around 5 years of nephrology experience,

· 具有三级教学医院工作经验者优先。Experience in a tertiary teaching hospital is preferred.

技能及能力要求 / Skills and Competency：

· 具备基本的英语能力，能使用英语进行工作沟通；Basic English skills; able to communicate

· 具有较强的客户沟通能力、跨部门协作能力与优秀的表达呈现能力；Strong customer communication and cross-functional collaboration skills, with excellent presentation abilities.

· 具备良好的创新思维，能基于客户反馈持续优化专业服务；Strong innovative mindset; able to continuously optimize professional services based on customer feedback.

· 具备较好的团队协作精神，善于跨部门协同为客户提供更一致、优质的服务体验；Good team spirit; adept at cross-functional collaboration to deliver a consistent and high-quality service experience to customers.

· 具有较强的主动学习能力及持续学习意愿；Strong proactive learning ability and willingness for continuous learning.

· 能够适应高频次出差安排，以确保及时响应客户需求并提供现场支持。Able to accommodate frequent business travel to promptly respond to customer needs and provide on-site support.
