What You’ll Do

As the Clinical Training & Readiness Grant Program Administrator, you will provide essential grant management support for Indiana's Rural Health Transformation Program (RHTP), ensuring compliance with federal reporting requirements and tracking program expenditures across budget periods. This part-time role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who excels at managing documentation, coordinating deliverable timelines, and supporting program leadership with data-driven updates. You will maintain records, assist with reporting to CMS, and coordinate logistics for training events and stakeholder meetings.

Requirements

What You Bring

• • Bachelor’s degree in public health, public administration, workforce development, or business administration
• • 3+ years of experience in workforce development, grant management, or project management
• • Strong organizational and documentation skills
• • Proficiency in tracking budgets, timelines, and deliverables across multiple workstreams
• • Familiarity with federal grant compliance and reporting processes preferred
