About Generations Family Health Center: Generations Family Health Center is a regional community health center serving a 37-town rural region in eastern Connecticut, with locations in Willimantic, Danielson, Norwich, and Putnam. Our dedicated staff provides comprehensive primary care services to patients of all ages, including medical, dental, and behavioral health care, as well as care coordination and community outreach. In addition to our main facilities, we offer mobile programs and School-Based Health Centers.
Responsibilities: Under the direction and supervision of the BH Clinical Supervisor, the Clinical Therapist will conduct clinical evaluations and assessments, diagnose and provide treatment for patients.

LCSW, LPC, LMFT: $70,000 - $85,000 (based on applicable experience)
LMSW, LPCA, LMFTA: $60,000 - $70,000 (based on applicable experience)
Bilingual Stipend for Spanish or Haitian Creole fluency (upon passing proficiency assessment)

Qualifications: Qualifications: Master’s degree in social work or related human service field, and experience working with individuals, couples and families. Licensed candidates preferred (LCSW/LMFT/LPC/LMSW/LMFTA/LPCA). Innovative self-starter and strong organizational skills desired. Experience with Substance Use Treatment is preferred but not a requirement. Experience with patients across the lifespan, including under 18, preferred. Bilingual candidates (Spanish/English) preferred based on patient population.
