This position entails the provision of direct therapeutic services to assigned adult clients experiencing mental health, behavioral health, and adjustment difficulties within an outpatient setting under the supervision of an independently licensed clinician. Services may be provided through individual, group, and family therapy, as well as through the diagnostic assessment process. This position also requires effective linkage, referral, care coordination, and advocacy skills to assist clients in accessing appropriate community resources and supports. The position focuses on promoting recovery, improving daily functioning, and supporting clients in achieving their individualized treatment goals while maintaining stability within the community.

Specialized care for adults with severe and persistent mental illness (SPMI)
Medication management and psychiatric services for adults and youth
Substance use treatment for youth ages 11–17, including assessment, individual therapy, intensive outpatient programming, and aftercare
Home-based family therapy for children with serious emotional challenges
Individual and group outpatient counseling for adults and children
OhioRISE care coordination services for Medicaid-eligible youth with complex behavioral health needs
