Are you a compassionate behavioral health professional who believes in meeting people where they are and helping them move toward where they want to be? Flatrock is looking for a Clinical Therapist to jour our growing team and provide thoughtful, person-centered care to the individuals we serve.

In this role, you'll have the opportunity to build meaningful relationships, lead therapeutic groups, develop individualized treatment plans, and help residents make measurable progress toward their goals.

Hybrid work schedule (work Monday and Friday from your home office)

What You’ll Do

• Lead structured, therapeutic group sessions tailored to client needs and treatment goals.
• Complete clinical assessments to identify client strengths, needs, and areas of focus.
• Develop, implement, and regularly evaluate individualized treatment plans.
• Monitor client progress and adjust interventions as clinically appropriate.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential clinical documentation.
• Participate in quality assurance, audits, and performance improvement initiatives.
• Respond to resident, family, and staff concerns with professionalism, compassion, and urgency.
• Attend required meetings, trainings, and continuing education opportunities.
• Build and maintain positive, collaborative relationships with management and staff.
• Utilize all required communication tools, including FIN.
• Advocate for and protect the rights, dignity, and well-being of all Flatrock residents.
• Maintain flexibility to work the hours necessary to meet the needs of the program, including evenings and weekends.
• Take on additional responsibilities and tasks as assigned by the Clinical Supervisor.

What You Bring

• Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related behavioral health field.
• Current LLP, LPC, or MSW credential/license in the State of Michigan.
• Previous experience providing group therapy is required.
• Experience working with individuals experiencing mental health and behavioral health concerns.
