About this opportunity
Reporting to the Manager of Clinic Services, the Clinical Team Lead, RTW Coordination provides consistent and ongoing communication between the Return-to-Work Services treatment team and key stakeholders, including WCB and employers, by acting as the primary liaison between all involved parties in order to facilitate a successful and sustainable return to work outcome. The Clinical Team Lead, RTW Coordination is responsible for driving adherence to the established service delivery models and meeting key business metrics related to successful outcomes of RTW programs.

Maintain a thorough understanding of WCB program service delivery models and WCB contracts
Act as the main point of contact and liaison between the treatment team and other stakeholders, including WCB claim owners and employers
Collaborate with the treatment team to ensure services are conducted with integrity and in alignment to best practices and service delivery models
Actively work to build trust and confidence with internal and external stakeholders, developing and nurture strong working relationships
Ensure that services delivered aligns with key performance indicators (KPIs)
Coach, mentor, develop and performance manage team members with consistent use of professional performance development practices
Lead by example, creating an environment that draws and retains high performing talent who live the values of CBI Health in accordance with the established vision of the organization
Deliver clinical services
Ensure all practices are conducted with integrity and in alignment to best practices and CBI Health policies, including privacy policies
What you need to be successful
A degree in kinesiology, exercise physiology or physical education
Membership in good standing with the Alberta Kinesiology Association (AKA)
Current professional liability insurance coverage
At least one year of case management experience is an asset
Ability to work as part of a team
Ability to communicate effectively
Ability to develop a rapport with clients
Strong organizational, time management and problem-solving skills
