POSITION
The Clinical Talent Acquisition Specialist is fully remote; however, will require in office meetings a few times per year in Cherry Hill, New Jersey.This position also requires some travel to assigned regions for university relations support, meet and greets and other events as needed. This person will oversee the full life cycle recruiting processes to attract highly qualified talent to join the FOX practice. This is a hands-on role, where the Clinical Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive recruitment strategy for clinical hires according to projections for the assigned regions.
REQUIREMENTS
1 - year of recruiting experience is a must.
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required.
Experience as a full cycle recruiter in healthcare delivery environment and/or agency experience working with healthcare clients is strongly preferred.
Previous experience with the Workday and Phenom platforms.
Ability to work independently, efficiently, with a strong attention to detail.
Professionalism, adaptability, tenacity and self-motivation are necessary.
Successful candidates will have a positive attitude and excellent interpersonal communication.
