Job Description

Looking for candidates with these skills:

  • This is a Day Shift position with evenings and/or weekends as needed for recruiting events
  • Position is on a hybrid schedule that requires you to be on-site a few days a week and for mandatory meetings & events as needed

Collaborates cross-functionally to establish and manage full-cycle recruiting efforts for their assigned workload. The Talent Acquisition Partner is tasked with the core responsibility of identifying, engaging, assessing and hiring talent in mutual partnership with hiring leaders to meet the needs of the organization. Essential Functions:

  • Executes full life cycle searches for entry level to manager level positions to include: develop the search strategy, sourcing, pre-screening and interviewing candidates to attract and evaluate candidates to our hiring managers/internal clients. Complete references and assessments. Ensures accuracy of all new hire and transfer qualifications and documentation.
  • Understands the NCH Diversity Strategy and networks with external diversity groups in order to create a sourcing pool of potential candidates. Follows all regulatory requirements to implement diversity recruiting activities.
  • Responsibilities reflect decision-making and problem-solving skills and require the application of an increasingly broad knowledge of talent acquisition methods, practices and techniques.
  • Assists in the planning and execution of internal and external, in-person and virtual hiring events. Networks with Employee Resource Groups, participates in Community Work Force Development, HNHF workshops, job fairs, school presentations. Supports college recruiting to fulfill hiring needs.
  • Proactively sources candidates using a variety of methods and tools including networking, social media, list serves, crowdsourcing, passive candidate compilers, e-blasts, cold calling, resume databanks, Boolean searches on LinkedIn, Indeed, CareerBuilder as well as other sites and job aggregators/search engines.
  • Nurtures a strong service culture that ensures delivery of timely, repeatable and quality-driven service to multiple internal and external stakeholders.


Education Requirement:

Bachelor’s Degree in business, human resources, psychology or related field is required.


Licensure Requirement:

Certifications:

PHR/SPHR, SHRM-CP & SHRM-SCP a plus.


Skills:

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Demonstrated presentation, relationship building, critical and analytical thinking skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities while staying organized.

Ability to maintain efficiency and work independently in a remote or office-based environment.

Proficient in Microsoft Office.


Experience:

Two years in an onboarding or talent acquisition capacity, required.

Previous high-volume, direct, full-cycle recruitment experience, preferred.
