Position Summary:
The Clinical Talent Acquisition Partner is responsible for the execution of full life cycle recruitment for Board Certified Behavior Analysts and other licensed professional therapy roles. The Clinical Talent Acquisition Partner will work closely with the Talent Acquisition Manager and Westside Leaders to identify top talent, promote our employer brand, and ensure a smooth and efficient hiring experience from start to finish.
Essential Functions:
- Develop, facilitate, and manage all phases of the recruitment process, successfully supporting a requisition load of up to 40 positions, with a primary focus on BCBA and Licensed Professional Therapy roles.
- Proactively source candidate pools and utilizes a wide variety of sourcing techniques to establish quality applicants, building and nurture a pipeline of talent for future needs
- Manage full cycle recruiting with a candidate-first mindset
- Creatively apply new recruiting methods and stays updated on technology and strategy
- Screen applications and select qualified candidates
- Create and utilize clinically appropriate interview guides and other hiring and selection materials
- Oversee the interview process, scheduling and conducting interviews, and coordinating clinical interviews when appropriate
- Conduct reference checks
- Collaborate with the hiring manager and/or HR Leadership during the offer process, identifying and recommending salaries, incentives, start dates, and other pertinent details
- Initiate and communicate the onboarding and new hire orientation process for all new team members
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies
- Propose, coordinate and facilitate onsite career fairs, virtual engagements, and recruiting events
- Identify and participate in industry-specific career fairs, recruitment events, and networking activities to expand sourcing channels
- Mentor and share best practices with talent team members
- Maintain communication and a sense of urgency by providing continuous feedback, identifying and recommending opportunities for improvement or enhancements in the recruitment process
- Provide ongoing talent analysis by sharing ABA market trends and insights, reviewing workforce planning, turnover/exit data, and competitive compensation analysis
- Collaborate with HR team to proactively engage in workforce planning and associated recruitment efforts
- Maintain HRIS records and accurately record candidate workflow history within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
QualificationsJob Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in HR or related field required
- 3+ years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a similar role, ABA experience preferred
- Experience with applicant-tracking software or other recruitment systems
- Proficient in LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed Smart Sourcing tools

- Excellent interpersonal skills with good negotiation tactics
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Ability to create and implement sourcing strategies for recruitment for a variety of roles
- Ability and willingness to regularly work outside of normal business hours to contact individuals unable to speak during the normal workday
- Familiarity with laws, regulations, and best practices applicable to hiring and recruitment
- Proficient with Google Workplace

Work Environment & Physical Demands
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
