Pay Rate: $32.30 - $35.11ph (casual loading applies) plus super

The Role
As a Casual Clinical Support Worker, you will support clinical staff to maintain a safe, therapeutic environment at Thomas Embling Hospital. You will assist with de escalation, incident response, unit activities, and consumer engagement across rotating shifts, including nights and weekends.

Key Responsibilities
• Support prevention and management of aggression and incidents
• Assist with de escalation under clinical supervision
• Conduct safety checks and support emergency responses
• Observe and report changes in consumer behaviour
• Assist with unit activities and therapeutic programs
About You
You are calm under pressure, recovery focused, and able to work safely in high risk environments as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Key Requirements
• Certificate III in Security Operations or Correctional Practice
• Physical and mental capability to manage OVA
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in mental health, security or corrections (desirable
