
St. Mary’s Medical Center seeks a full-time CMA or LPN to work in the St. Mary's Medical Management Electrophysiology Dept. The position will maintain a high quality of effectiveness and will provide assistance as necessary to co-workers and patients through an office-oriented environment. Candidates should anticipate a high volume of in-person and telephone interaction with patients, employees and co-workers. As such a pleasant personality is essential for this position.
Applicants will be expected to maintain a professional demeanor and positively represent the Hospital at all times.
To be considered, candidates must have their active Medical Assistant certification or active WV LPN License.
High school diploma or equivalent. Medical Assistant: Successful completion of Medical Assistant training program and hold a State Certification in Medical Assisting. LPN: Graduate of an approved School of Nursing and hold a license in State of WV as LPN.
Experience preferred but not required.
Knowledge of medical assisting procedures. BLS required.
