The Company: McKinley is a highly respected child welfare organization, conveniently located in the beautiful city of San Dimas, with 4 additional locations throughout Southern California. McKinley is nationally accredited, licensed by the California Department of Social Services, and is certified by the Los Angeles County Department of Mental Health. McKinley’s comprehensive array of programs and services – which touch nearly 1,500 lives annually – include short term residential treatment program (STRTP), Foster Care, Adoptions, Mental Health Services and Special Education. McKinley is known for the great care we take with clients and employees alike.
The Position: Oversee the clinical functions of staff to ensure quality of care to clients, the professional development of clinicians, and adherence to agency policies and procedures. This position also provides clinical oversight of substance use disorder (SUD) services, ensuring the integration of co-occurring mental health and substance use treatment in accordance with all regulatory and payer requirements.

Compensation and Benefits:
The pay range we’re offering is $93,000.00 - $102,000.00 annually.
