
The Clinical Supervisor provides direct patient care and supervises the nursing operations of a unit. In the absence of the Manager or Director may assume 24-hour nursing responsibility. Works with a unit specific patient population.

Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
Three (3) years experience in clinical area with a minimum of one (1) year in area of specialty
OR Bachelor’s degree or higher in Nursing with two (2) years of experience in clinical area with a minimum of one (1) year in area of specialty.
Current license in the State of Georgia as a Registered Nurse or Nurse Compact (NLC/eNLC) or Multistate license
Must hold Certified in American Heart Association’s Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS).
Visual color acuity depending on the role in specific units.
Additional Life Support credential (ACLS, PALS, NRP, etc.) or other clinical specialty certifications in specific units.
