
Join Ophthalmology's Cataract and Refractive Surgery Division and help lead the operations of a dynamic, high-volume practice!
As Clinic Supervisor, you will oversee day-to-day administrative operations, support and develop a team of administrative professionals, and help ensure a seamless experience for both patients and providers. From managing schedules and clinic workflows to overseeing insurance authorization processes, you will play a key role in keeping the practice running efficiently.
In this hands-on leadership role, you will guide staff performance, foster a positive and collaborative team environment, and support patient access to care. You will also oversee surgical scheduling activities, provide patient education regarding procedures and preparation requirements, serve as a backup Surgery Coordinator when needed, and assist with front office operations during busy periods. Salary Range: $$31.51-$62.64 Hourly
