Job Location Burnsville Location - Burnsville, MN 55306 Salary Range $74,984.00 - $110,489.60 Salary

The Clinical Supervisor (CS) oversees clinical services and therapy operations for an assigned therapy site or caseload. The CS provides clinical expertise, industry-specific knowledge, evidence-based practices, and innovative recommendations to benefit the treatment team and overall clinical outcomes of Partners’ Clients. The CS provides clinical support, direction and supervision to all levels of providers within the ABA program. The CS is expected to provide services that place the highest priority on the ethical delivery of therapy, based on industry recognized best practices, with the interests of the clients at the center of their efforts. The CS maintains a professional and ethical relationship with Partners’ clients and fellow employees. The CS demonstrates leadership in the POD, center, and throughout the company. The CS communicates regularly with the Center Manager and Program Supervisor regarding client and staff performance. They also may assist with specific company functions, projects, or initiatives.

Essential Functions

  • Make sure the individual treatment plan (ITP) and all EIDBI services provided consider the person’s and family’s values, goals, preferences, culture and language.
  • Work with the parent/primary caregiver to determine the level of parent/primary caregiver training and counseling provided.
  • Develop, monitor, approve and sign the person’s initial ITP and each updated ITP.
  • Coordinate and implement coordinated care conferences.
  • Supervise, manage and review all aspects of EIDBI services, treatment and documentation (e.g., case notes, incident reports) to ensure compliance and fidelity.
  • Supervise and oversee all EIDBI services provided by level I, level II and level III providers (e.g., billing, case notes, other documentation).
  • Perform all clinical supervision functions required by their professional licensing board and as defined in the Early Intensive Developmental and Behavioral Intervention (EIDBI) and/or Forward Health policy manual.
  • Assume full professional responsibility for the services provided by each supervisee, including each supervisee’s actions and decisions.
  • Conduct initial screening, comprehensive clinical assessments and diagnostic interviews to evaluate clients’ mental health conditions and determine appropriate diagnoses.
  • Complete Comprehensive Multidisciplinary Evaluations (CMDE) to determine medical necessity for EIDBI services.
  • May conduct individual therapy and counseling sessions
  • Provide case management supervision if licensure meets the state mandated requirements
  • Completes all other projects/duties as assigned. 



Qualifications



Required Education and Experience

  • MA, MS, or Ph.D. required
  • Current Mental Health Professional (BCBA, LPCC, LPC, LMFT, LICSW, LP) licensure in MN
  • Licensure must be in good standing in Minnesota (MN)
  • At least 2,000 hours of clinical experience and/or training in the examination and/or treatment of people with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) or a related condition OR Completed the equivalent in graduate-level coursework at an accredited university (refer to equivalent coursework section).
  • Successfully passed an initial and subsequent background checks (no history of felonies, substantiated client maltreatment or vulnerable adult incidents, or disqualifying misdemeanors)
  • If providing supervision hours and training relevant to someone seeking professional licensure, you must meet specific requirements associated with their licensing board.
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license

Preferred

Qualifications

  • Three or more years of clinical experience or equivalent
  • One or more years of supervisory experience or equivalent
  • Advanced knowledge of and proficiency with behavioral principles and Applied Behavior Analysis
  • Advanced knowledge of teaching procedures associated with Verbal Behavior
  • Advanced knowledge and training in leadership and supervision especially regarding the supervision of others pursuing licensure
