Clinical Supervisor

Location: Exton, PA

Company: High Focus Centers

Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday | Two evening shifts per week until approximately 8:15 PM

High Focus Centers, a trusted leader in outpatient behavioral healthcare and a proud member of the Pyramid Healthcare family, is seeking a Clinical Supervisor to support our adult mental health and co-occurring programs in Exton, PA.

This is an opportunity to join a collaborative, mission-driven team and play an important role in supporting clinical quality, staff development, and positive outcomes for individuals receiving mental health and substance use treatment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide clinical leadership and supervision to a team of clinicians delivering Partial Hospitalization (PHP) and Intensive Outpatient (IOP) services.
  • Conduct clinical assessments, determine appropriate levels of care, and assign DSM-5-TR diagnoses within scope of practice.
  • Guide clinicians in developing and implementing individualized treatment plans.
  • Provide individual and group supervision to licensed and unlicensed clinical staff.
  • Facilitate interdisciplinary treatment team meetings and participate in clinical case reviews.
  • Maintain a manageable clinical caseload, as needed, to support program flow and continuity of care.
  • Support the Executive Director with program development, quality improvement, and compliance initiatives.
  • Conduct clinical documentation reviews and regular chart audits.
  • Respond to client crises and support a safe, therapeutic treatment environment.
  • Ensure clinical programming meets applicable licensing, regulatory, accreditation, and organizational standards.
  • Support staff development, training, and ongoing clinical growth.

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Active Pennsylvania licensure as an LPC, LCSW, or LMFT.
  • 3–4 years of clinical supervisory experience preferred.
  • Experience working with co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders preferred.
  • Strong understanding of PHP and IOP levels of care.
  • Strong clinical assessment, documentation, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with clinicians, medical staff, clients, and other members of the treatment team.
