Salary Pay Range: $58,700-$73,300

BENEFITS
Responsible for weekly individual clinical supervision for case managers within the HIV Case Management Program, as well as completing continuing education requirements to increase competency in HIV care and with priority populations. The incumbent will also serve as a HIV Subject Matter Expert (SME) providing guidance on up-to-date best clinical practices for medical case management and non-medical case management for people with HIV. This role will require close collaboration with Equitas Health’s SME team to ensure compliance with the directives of the Human Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) and/or Ohio Department of Health (ODH). The individual will operate in accordance with the established professional standards and guidelines as stated by the Ohio Revised Code and put forth by the Ohio Counselor, Social Work and Marriage and Family Therapist Board as well as the National Association of Social Workers (NASW).
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
Essential functions of the job include but are not limited to utilizing a computer for typing and attending meetings, travel and having reliable transportation to engage with the Ryan White funder and attend required meetings and working within health records.
