Help Build Something Meaningful From the Ground Up
Are you a licensed clinician and experienced leader looking for more than just another supervisory role? This is an opportunity to help grow an Intensive Home Based Treatment (IHBT) program in a developing service area while making a direct impact on children, families, and the future of the program itself.
We’re looking for someone who is passionate about clinical excellence, enjoys mentoring and developing others, and is excited by the opportunity to help shape and expand services in a growing community need area. This role offers the ability to step in early, help build a strong team and program foundation, and grow into future management-level leadership opportunities as the program expands.
This role will involve managing caseloads in the Sandusky / Norwalk area.
What You’ll Do
• Provide clinical supervision and oversight to licensed therapists and IHBT services to ensure high-quality care and outcomes.
• Initially carry a small caseload of referrals while supporting the growth and development of the IHBT team.
• Help recruit, mentor, onboard, and support clinical staff as the program expands.
• Collaborate with referral sources, treatment teams, consulting professionals, foster parents, and community partners to ensure coordinated, effective care.
• Assess and assign intakes while monitoring referrals, census, staffing, and program needs.
• Review clinical documentation and services to ensure compliance with state, accreditation, legal, and company standards.
• Provide backup clinical support, including caseload coverage, crisis intervention support, and participation in on-call rotation as needed.
• Participate in program development, operational planning, quality improvement initiatives, and team trainings.
• Support reporting, billing documentation, and overall program operations.
Qualifications
• Master’s degree with independent licensure through the Ohio Counselor, Social Worker, or Marriage and Family Therapist Board.
• Minimum of three years of related clinical experience, including at least one year of clinical supervision experience.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated ability to motivate teams and drive results.
• Valid driver’s license, vehicle registration, and auto insurance as required.
Why Join Us?
• $75K/yr
• $8K bonus
• Opportunity to help grow and shape an expanding IHBT program from the ground level.
• Clear path for future leadership and management growth.
• Meaningful, mission-driven work supporting children and families in the community.
• Collaborative, team-based environment focused on support, innovation, and clinical excellence.
• Full benefits package for full-time employees including PTO, holiday pay, 401(k) with company match, and nationwide career advancement opportunities.
If you’re looking for a role where you can lead, grow services, mentor clinicians, and help build a program with purpose, we’d love to connect with you.
