Supervisory Clinician – Outpatient Mental Health
Full-Time | Metro West, MA

This player/coach role blends direct client care with leadership responsibilities, making it ideal for a licensed clinician ready to step into a supervisory capacity while maintaining an active caseload.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct clinical care to a diverse client population (minimum 20–25 sessions weekly)

• Supervise and support clinicians through case consultation, clinical guidance, and mentorship

• Participate in recruitment, onboarding, and training of new team members

• Foster a collaborative team environment that aligns with our mission and values

• Ensure timely completion of treatment plans, clinical documentation, and compliance requirements

• Attend and contribute to staff meetings, trainings, and community engagement initiatives

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a behavioral science or related field from an accredited institution

• Active Massachusetts licensure (LICSW OR LMHC)

• Minimum of 3 years post-licensure clinical experience; prior supervisory or leadership experience preferred

• Proficiency in implementing evidence-based practices tailored to client needs

• Strong organizational, interpersonal, and leadership skills

• Commitment to maintaining professional boundaries and ethical standards
