The Clinical Staff Pharmacist supports patient care by providing clinical expertise in symptom management, medication therapy, and cost-effective pharmaceutical practices. Reporting to the Senior Director of Pharmacy Services, this role partners closely with medical and clinical teams to ensure high-quality care for patients, particularly those with serious or end-of-life illnesses. The pharmacist also acts as a liaison with external pharmacies and helps drive safe, efficient medication use across the organization.

Precise pay rates are determined through consideration of one or more of the following: education, training, relevant experience and work location. There are some cases in which the pay rate could exceed the range listed on this job post. Pay Range $62—$70 USD
