Clinical Staff Pharmacist

Full Time: hybrid

The Clinical Staff Pharmacist supports patient care by providing clinical expertise in symptom management, medication therapy, and cost-effective pharmaceutical practices. Reporting to the Senior Director of Pharmacy Services, this role partners closely with medical and clinical teams to ensure high-quality care for patients, particularly those with serious or end-of-life illnesses. The pharmacist also acts as a liaison with external pharmacies and helps drive safe, efficient medication use across the organization.

What You will Bring:

  • Education: Bachelor’s in Pharmacy required; Pharm.D. preferred
  • Licensure: Active Massachusetts pharmacist license (or eligibility)
  • Experience:
    • Minimum 2 years in clinical pharmacy (acute, advanced, or terminal illness care)
    • OR completion of PGY1/PGY2 residency/fellowship
    • Hospice or palliative care experience strongly preferred
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with EMR systems, pharmacy platforms, and Microsoft Office (AppEnabler a plus)
  • Other: Strong communication skills and understanding of hospice practices preferred

The Pay Range listed is the anticipated hiring range of this position. Precise pay rates are determined through consideration of one or more of the following: education, training, relevant experience and work location. There are some cases in which the pay rate could exceed the range listed on this job post. Care Dimensions also offers a comprehensive benefits package – including employer-sponsored health insurance, paid time-off, tuition reimbursement, student loan paydown, supplemental insurance options and more – which adds to the company’s generous total rewards package.

Pay Range $62$70 USD
