Job Description

We are seeking a Clinical Specialist to join the FlowHawk product team within XVIVO’s Digital Services division. This role is vital in managing and strengthening relationships with our transplant center customers, ensuring successful implementation and adoption of FlowHawk. The Clinical Specialist will focus on account management, workflow optimization, and training, serving as a trusted partner to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with transplant center customers, ensuring satisfaction and effective use of the FlowHawk platform.
  • Implementation: Lead the implementation process of FlowHawk with transplant programs, including onboarding, workflow customization, and user training.
  • Workflow Optimization: Support customers in utilizing FlowHawk’s full suite of capabilities, including organ offer workflows, organ recovery and logistics workflows, patient intake, perioperative workflows, living donor workflows, and patient referral workflows.
  • Customer Training: Conduct virtual and onsite training sessions to ensure successful adoption and ongoing utilization of the platform.
  • Travel: Travel as needed to transplant center customers, some sales opportunities where having a clinical person in the room would be specifically helpful (most of the time this can be virtual) and some industry conferences (approximately 15-25%).
  • Project Management: Manage timelines, deliverables, and communication for multiple customer accounts, ensuring projects stay on track.
  • Communication: Serve as a liaison between customers and internal teams, providing feedback to drive product enhancements and address customer needs.

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Clinical Background: Experience as a Clinical Transplant Coordinator, ideally as an Organ Procurement Coordinator at a transplant center.
  • Technology Savvy: Proficient in adopting and supporting healthcare technology solutions; familiarity with workflow tools and digital platforms preferred.
  • Project Management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts and projects effectively.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical audiences.
  • Travel Flexibility: Willingness to travel for customer engagements and industry events.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Salary Pay or Salary Range: $55,000 - $80,000
  • Other Compensation: Sales Incentive Program
