Job Description

As a Clinical Specialist, you will bring your clinical experience into a customer-facing role, supporting healthcare professionals in the use of Philips Image-Guided Therapy Systems, with a particular focus on mobile c-arms (orthopaedics, trauma, vascular surgery, pain clinic).

You will work closely with clinicians and other healthcare professionals, providing product demonstrations, clinical education and application support, and helping customers understand how Philips solutions can support their clinical workflows.

This is an ideal opportunity for a nurse, medical technologist or other healthcare professional who enjoys working with medical technology and interacting with customers, and who is interested in developing their career in a commercial healthcare environment. You do not need to come from a sales background, but you should feel comfortable representing Philips in front of customers and contributing to the broader commercial team.

Your role:

• Provide clinical and application expertise for Image-Guided Therapy Systems, with a focus on mobile c-arms solutions.
• Support healthcare professionals in understanding and using Philips solutions effectively within their clinical environment.
• Deliver product demonstrations, clinical presentations and application training to customers.
• Participate in customer visits and clinical discussions, adapting your communication to different clinical needs and audiences.
• Build strong, trusted relationships with clinicians, nurses, medical technologists and other healthcare professionals.
• Work closely with Philips colleagues to provide the clinical expertise required throughout the customer journey.
• Support the introduction and adoption of Philips solutions within hospitals and clinical departments.
• Act as a clinical link between customers and Philips, bringing a strong understanding of clinical workflows and customer needs.
• Work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team while also being comfortable managing your activities independently across Belgium and Luxembourg.

You’re the right fit if:

• You hold a Bachelor’s degree or higher in Nursing, Medical Technology, Medical Imaging, Radiography, Biomedical Sciences, or another relevant healthcare-related field.
• You have hands-on experience in a hospital or clinical environment, ideally working with medical imaging, surgery, interventional procedures or related medical technologies.
• You are interested in moving from a purely clinical position into a customer-facing role within a commercial healthcare environment.
• Previous commercial or medical device experience is an advantage, but not a requirement.
• You enjoy explaining clinical or technical topics and feel comfortable delivering presentations, demonstrations and training to healthcare professionals.
• You are confident interacting with physicians, nurses, medical technologists and other clinical stakeholders.
• You are a collaborative team player who enjoys working cross-functionally, while also being self-driven and able to work independently.
• You have strong communication and interpersonal skills and are able to build trusted relationships with customers.
• You are customer-oriented, adaptable and comfortable working in a dynamic environment.
• You are fluent in either French or Dutch, with a good working command of the other language, both written and spoken, and proficient in English.

Compensation & benefits

Doing meaningful work should come with fair, transparent rewards. The base salary range for this role is €55,416.12–€96,825.97. We determine pay within the range using objective factors, like the skills the role requires, your relevant experience and the responsibility you'll have in this role, alongside internal equity and local market considerations.

This role is eligible for bonus, with your rewards linked to individual performance and company results. We’ll share the full approach with you during the interview process, so you can make a clear, informed decision.
