The Clinical Solution Strategistisresponsible forclinical solution consulting across the enterprise systems to strengthen adoption, improve quality outcomes, and expand client partnerships. The scope of this job includes providing industryexpertiseand delivering innovative solutions to clients thatleverageour technology to maximize the solution's value in achieving theirobjectives

Key Responsibilities

  • Consult with identified clients and client success account owners to analyze clinical solutions and client adoption.

  • Collaborate withWellSky'sinternal teams toleveragedata models, reporting, and statistics.

  • Provide clinical support to our client-facing teams by providing clinical solutionexpertise, conducting workflow discovery, and helping toidentifyexpansion opportunities.

  • Track client engagement andimpactof workflow improvements and solution enhancements.

  • Monitor clientutilizationand system optimization and engage with clients as needed to improve outcomes and value, including identifying opportunities for automated alerting to drive client outreach.

  • Maintain regular meeting cadences with client success account owners,assistinidentifyingand attending client engagement opportunities,participatein all CBRs, and analyze data, reporting metrics, and KPIs, focusing on client quality outcomes.

  • Perform other job duties as assigned.

Required qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience

  • At least 4-6 years of relevant work experience

  • ClinicalLicensure (RN, PT, OT, ST)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience inCase Management(Transition of Care, Population Health,UtilizationReview)

Job Expectations

  • Willing to travel up to 30% based on business needs

  • Willing to workadditionalor irregular hours as needed

  • Must workin accordance withapplicable security policies and procedures to safeguard company and client information

  • Must be able to sit and view a computer screen for extended periods of time
