Key Responsibilities
Consult with identified clients and client success account owners to analyze clinical solutions and client adoption.
Collaborate withWellSky'sinternal teams toleveragedata models, reporting, and statistics.
Provide clinical support to our client-facing teams by providing clinical solutionexpertise, conducting workflow discovery, and helping toidentifyexpansion opportunities.
Track client engagement andimpactof workflow improvements and solution enhancements.
Monitor clientutilizationand system optimization and engage with clients as needed to improve outcomes and value, including identifying opportunities for automated alerting to drive client outreach.
Maintain regular meeting cadences with client success account owners,assistinidentifyingand attending client engagement opportunities,participatein all CBRs, and analyze data, reporting metrics, and KPIs, focusing on client quality outcomes.

Required qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
At least 4-6 years of relevant work experience
ClinicalLicensure (RN, PT, OT, ST)
Preferred Qualifications
Experience inCase Management(Transition of Care, Population Health,UtilizationReview)
