As clinical solution leader, in this role you will need to provide the clinical knowledge on the product development from the clinical use case perspective, to develop and drive innovative clinical solutions, make new product and new feature proposals, responsible for external and internal clinical evaluation, new product and advanced technology development.

Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

• Fully understand the customer needs, clinical use cases, market, competitiveness, and commercial environment. Supporting business leader with key product initiatives to achieve targeted growth of the portfolio.
• Develop and drive innovative clinical solutions that will help customers to address their clinical and operational challenges.
• Own the product scope, provide the product inputs to engineering team for technical scope and use case requirement development
• Has in-depth knowledge of clinical scenarios; has working knowledge of competition and the factors that differentiate them in the market with innovative solutions.
• Provide clinical design input for new product development, including the intended use scenarios for new functionalities.
• Provide clinical input for advanced technology development, including the clinical value assessment, clinical scenario definition.
• Lead the clinical usability evaluation and IQ evaluation of the feature concept design in new product development, work with product development Engineer.
• Support clinical evaluation and research for new product development, including supporting the external and internal evaluation plan, sites training support, user feedback collection and assessment. Work with the product manager, regional application team on the new product/features clinical value proof.
• Lead the clinical validation for the new product development, including the design of clinical validation plan, execution of the plan, and summary the report. Work with the technical experts and leaders.
• Lead the application training of the new product development, design the training material, and perform the application training to the regional Application team. Work with the regional application training team.

Required Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in imaging product management &/or commercial marketing
• • Healthcare Imaging product development experience in Engineering, Program, Marketing, Commercial.
• • Open mindset to respectfully considering diverse viewpoints and trying new thinking styles
• • Interpersonal skills to engage mutually beneficial dialogues with clients and colleagues alike
• • Capability of clear and concise written and verbal communication in both Chinese and English
• • Strongly compliance driven
