Job Category: Nonprofit - Social ServicesThe Clinical Social Worker Supervisor provides individual and group supervision to the agency's Foster Care Services staff.  The Clinical Social Worker Supervisor collaborates with other social work supervisors to identify staff learning needs and develop trainings to improve staff competencies.  Specifically, the Clinical Social Worker Supervisor works in close collaboration with the members of the URM Program Staff to provide on-going training, support, and evaluation to staff in order to ensure the highest level of services to clients within the URM Program.
Essential Functions
•    Conduct individual and group supervision with staff on a weekly or bi-weekly basis,
•    Conduct regular clinical chart reviews for clients serviced by the URM Program
•    Support clinical training and skill building with all staff within the URM Program
•    Provides assistance with clinical interventions and facilitate case conferences, when necessary,
•    Provide feedback to staff and supervisors regarding clinical performance,
•    Work as an integral part of the agency in strengthening the clinical competencies,
•    Lead or participate on committees tasked with developing and carrying out organizational strategic initiatives,
•    Promote collaboration between clinical, administrative, and evaluation staff,
•    Provide linkage to medical and other service providers,
•    Ensure quality of program services per program policies and funding requirements,
•    Maintain case history records and prepare reports,
•    Collect supplementary information needed to assist client, such as employment records, medical records, or school reports,
•    Develop and review service plans in consultation with clients, and perform follow-ups assessing the quantity and quality of services provided,
•    Supervise other social workers,
•    Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications•    Master's Degree in Social Work or related field
•    3+ years of experience in foster care services delivery system, preferably in State working
•    Strong supervisior and staff development experience
•    Valid driver's license
•    Clean driving record
•    A personal vehicle or access to a vehicle is a plus
•    VA CPS
•    VA and FBI Criminal Histories
•    Successfully pass background and drug screenings
•    Physical and TB Test
Preferred Skills
•    Knowledge of the United States Resettlement Program
•     Ability to supervise a diverse staff
•    Excellent oral, written and inter-personal communication skills; strong public speaking/presentation skills
•    Proficient in MS Office 365
•    Attention to detail and accuracy; strong organizational skills
•    Ability to promote professional growth for program staff
•    Knowledge of community resources and services systems
•    General knowledge of fiscal management;
•    Ability to operate and manage a culturally diverse workplace;
- SW Licenses preferred.
- Fluency in one or more of the follow languages preferred – Spanish
