Position will serve as a professional in the capacity of a Licensed Masters Level Social Worker who will conduct therapeutic services for adolescents and their families at Bay Pines Center. The position will provide individual and group therapy to youth in a maximum secure residential facility focusing on treatment and provide recommendations appropriate to each individuals treatment needs. The Licensed MSW Clinical Social Worker will work collaboratively with community and agency professionals. Collaborates with staff and team members (Director, Youth Residential Director, Group Leaders, Teachers, Youth Specialist Supervisors, and Youth Specialists). Identifies, locates, schedules, performs, and/or attends training for facility staff. This position is test-designated and subject to random selection drug and alcohol testing.

Education
Possession of a master's degree in social work.
Experience
Clinical Social Worker 9
No specific type or amount is required.
Clinical Social Worker 10
One year of professional experience providing social casework and treatment services in a clinical setting equivalent to a Clinical Social Worker 9.
Clinical Social Worker P11
Two years of professional experience providing social casework and treatment services in a clinical setting equivalent to a Clinical Social Worker, including one year equivalent to a Clinical Social Worker 10.
Special Requirements, Licenses, and Certifications: Possession of a license as a limited or full master's social worker in Michigan.
This position is located at 2425 N. 30th Street, Escanaba, MI and will be required to physically report to this location.
As a Condition of Employment:
Registration as a social worker by the Michigan Board of Examiners of Social Workers is required.
