We are seeking a
compassionate and experienced Clinical Social Worker
to support patients and families with psychosocial, emotional, and environmental challenges, helping to improve overall quality of life within a healthcare setting.

Key Responsibilities

• 
  Conduct
  psychosocial assessments
  and develop individualized care plans

• 
  Provide
  case management
  for vulnerable patients and coordinate with government and charity agencies

• 
  Support safeguarding of
  children, women, elderly, and vulnerable adults
  ; report abuse or neglect as required

• 
  Ensure compliance with
  UAE mental health laws
  , including Federal Law No. (10) of 2023

• 
  Assist with
  caseload management
  and supervise junior staff when required

• 
  Communicate effectively within a
  multidisciplinary team
  and provide emotional support to patients and families

• 
  Participate in wellbeing initiatives, professional development, and research activities

• 
  Be available to provide services during and outside official working hours when required

Requirements

• 
  Master’s Degree
  in Social Work or related field (
  mandatory
  )

• 
  Arabic speaker – mandatory

• 
  Currently
  based in the UAE

• 
  Minimum
  3–5 years’ clinical experience
  , preferably in healthcare or mental health

• 
  Eligible for
  DOH (Abu Dhabi) Clinical Social Worker license
  as per PQR requirements

• 
  Strong knowledge of safeguarding, ethics, and professional boundaries.
