Job Description

Clinical Services Manager for Worcester Home Health leadership team

This role is responsible for overseeing a team of home health nurses, rehab therapists and other clinicians ensuring high-quality patient care, regulatory compliance and staff development. The Clinical Manager will serve as mentor, problem-solver and leader who inspires clinical excellence and fosters a supportive team culture.

Schedule: M-F, 8:00AM-4:30PM

Compensation based on experience $100,000 - $125,000 per year

Experience:

  • Home care experience.
  • 3 years clinical experience
  • 1 year of leadership experience.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Medicare Home Health Conditions of Participation
  • Possess required knowledge, skills and abilities; proven oral and written communication skills; ability to select, motivate and retain employees, ability to effectively manage and direct others; ability to promote and participate in team efforts
  • Experience working with a union clinical team preferred

Education:

  • RN, PT or OT license
  • Active Professional License to practice in Massachusetts
  • BLS certification preferred
  • OASIS certification is preferred
