About the Role
Reporting to the Facility Manager, you will provide clinical leadership to the team and oversee the care of 121 residents at Rowville Manor. You will support in managing employee performance and continue to develop and retain quality staff. With your outstanding clinical knowledge, you will drive and ensure the high standard of care is maintained. This is a Full Time Fixed Term position for 14 months.

Essential Skills and Qualifications
• Strong leadership skills with great communication and negotiation skills
• Excellent knowledge of care planning, funding, and accreditation processes
• Current AHPRA registration
• Current CPR Certification
• Current and valid police check
• Vaccination certificate
