Job Duties
The Manager of Clinic Services works as part of the clinical team, performing clinical and administrative duties necessary to accomplish organizational and patient care goals. The Manager of Clinic Services is responsible for the direct supervision of the Nurse Supervisor/Supervisor of Clinical Services, RNs, LPNs, and helps oversee the Medical Assistants (MA), Sonographers, and Health Assistants (HA). During a pandemic response, the Manager of Clinical Services responsibilities will expand to include case management (telephonic) of patients affected by the pandemic and the day-to-day pandemic case management and medical triage operations, ensuring the delivery of effective care, The Manager of Clinic Services is also responsible for outcomes and compliance of the clinic operations in conjunction with the Director of Nursing, Associate Director of Nursing, Chief Medical Officer, and the Chief Administrative Officer.
- Manages clinic flow and teaches the concept of clinic flow to nursing staff.
- Manages the telephonic triage and pandemic case management team; teaches concepts of quality and efficient telephonic patient care to clinical staff.
- Plan, organize, and direct the administration of nursing units and patient care given based on established goals and objectives, standards, policies, and procedures of the clinic.
- Provides coverage of clinic and telephonic triage team based on staffing/daily workload needs, including daily schedules and the coordination of approved and unapproved time off.
- Assists with the management and performance of all nursing duties, including, but not limited to, triage, phone calls, and walk-ins as needed.
- Assists in orienting residents, students, new nurses, Sonographers, and others rotating through OneWorld’s medical component for educational purposes and to verify competency.

Qualifications
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of Nebraska, or license eligibility.
- Associate of Science in Nursing degree (ASN) from an accredited school required; Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree (BSN) preferred.
- Proficiency in both English, depending on location, and proficiency in Spanish may be required.
- Two to three years of related work experience required.
- Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) / Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
- Prior leadership experience preferred.
- Proficiency and experience with Microsoft Office products required; experience with an Electronic Health Record (EHR) preferred.
