  • As a Manager you will be working with business partners and colleagues to support excellent outcomes for both staff and the organization.

  • A compassionate, flexible and positive approach to effective patient care and management.
  • Excellent clinical, time management, organisational and communication skills, with the ability to adapt and problem solve.
  • The ability to identify priorities, empower others through distributive leadership, and foster a living culture of accountability for actions, performance, and outcomes across all levels of the workforce.
