The clinical secretary role works closely with the provider team to deliver high-quality care and service. This role is the face of the practice, working with patients to ensure they have access to the care they need. It also supports day-to-day operations and works closely with practice management to address clinic needs and enhance operational efficiency. You will thrive in this role if you enjoy working closely with patients and providers, have interest and skill in business, are highly organized and task-oriented, and can take initiative. The right person for this role will have a high level of autonomy and can feel confident helping to shape the role to fit the practice's needs.
