We are currently seeking a Clinical Scientist to support an innovative biotechnology company developing therapies in a cutting-edge therapeutic area. In this strategic part-time assignment (approximately 0.2 FTE), you will provide scientific leadership and expertise to support clinical development planning, study design, protocol development, and key development milestones during an important growth phase. The role offers the opportunity to contribute directly to the clinical and scientific strategy of a developing biotech program.
As part of our SRS/FSP team, you will be dedicated to one sponsor, a biotechnology company focused on advancing its clinical development activities and preparing for future growth.
• Contribute to the development of the clinical strategy and clinical development plans for ongoing and future programs.
• Provide scientific input into clinical study concepts, protocol development, study endpoints, and overall trial design.
• Support preparation of clinical and scientific documentation for internal stakeholders, investors, regulatory interactions, and future study planning.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external experts to evaluate scientific, clinical, and regulatory considerations impacting development programs.
• Monitor developments within the therapeutic area and provide scientific insights to support strategic decision-making.
• PhD, PharmD, MD, or other advanced degree in Life Sciences, Medicine, Pharmacy, or related scientific discipline.
• Strong experience within clinical development, clinical research, translational science, or clinical science roles within biotech, pharmaceutical, or CRO environments.
• Experience supporting clinical study design, protocol development, and clinical development planning.
• Strong scientific communication skills with the ability to translate complex clinical concepts into clear strategic recommendations.
• Experience from early-stage clinical development and biotech environments is highly desirable.
