Job Description

To help us be successful in our mission we are looking for a Clinical Scheduling Administrator to join our Nursing Scheduling team.

40 hours per week / Hybrid / 12 month Contract

As a Clinical Scheduling Administrator, you'll play a vital role in supporting our Clinical Operations team, helping coordinate and manage patient appointments while delivering outstanding service to patients, clinicians and healthcare professionals. Your attention to detail, organisational skills and commitment to patient care will directly contribute to positive patient outcomes and exceptional service delivery

What’s required to be successful?

We're looking for someone who is organised, proactive and passionate about delivering excellent service.

You'll ideally have:

  • Previous experience in an administrative role.
  • Experience supporting customers or patients either over the phone or face to face.
  • Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • A high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and the confidence to manage competing priorities.
  • The ability to work independently while building strong relationships across teams.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

Experience within a healthcare or clinical setting would be advantageous but is not essential
