We are seeking a Wound Care RN Clinical Coordinator, sometimes referred to as a Wound Care Clinical Coordinator , Wound, Ostomy, and Continence (WOC) Nurse Coordinator, or Wound Care RN Coordinator. The Wound Care RN Clinical Coordinator in our hospital will oversee the assessment, treatment, and prevention of complex wounds, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure effective patient care. They also educate staff, monitor outcomes, and develop protocols to improve wound healing and reduce complications.
Employment Type: Full Time (No weekends or call)
Shifts Available: Days (Monday – Friday)
Hours: 8-hour shifts – 8:30am to 4:30pm
Location: St Mary’s Medical Center – Blue Springs, MO

Essential Duties and Responsibilities (includes, but not limited to):
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING
1. Must have current and valid license as a Registered Nurse issued by the state.
2. BLS upon hire and maintain current.
3. Previous Acute Care hospital experience preferred.
4. Previous Wound care knowledge and or experience preferred (1 Year).
5. Wound Care Certification within first year of hire.
6. Wound, Ostomy, Continence (WOC) or (WCC) Board Certification preferred.
