Hiring Range: $280,000 - $320,000

UMass Memorial Health, the premier health and wellness partner of Central Massachusetts and the largest healthcare system in the region, is actively seeking a board-eligible or board-certified Clinical Rheumatologist to join the Division of Rheumatology and UMass Memorial Medical Group. This full-time clinical faculty position offers the opportunity to provide comprehensive, high-quality care to patients with autoimmune, inflammatory, and musculoskeletal diseases within a multidisciplinary and patient-centered environment.

  • Collaborative Team Environment: Work alongside dedicated specialists and support staff in a newly renovated and expanded Rheumatology Center. Participate in weekly divisional meetings focused on clinical discussions, care coordination, and quality improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Board-eligible or board-certified in Rheumatology

  • MD or DO degree with eligibility for medical licensure in Massachusetts

  • Commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care in a collaborative multidisciplinary environment

  • Strong communication skills and interest in teaching and clinical collaboration
