NeuroRestorative, a part of the Sevita family, provides rehabilitation services for people of all ages with brain, spinal cord and medically complex injuries, illnesses and other challenges. Clinical Resource Nursing Director
Western Region (UT, CO, and NV)
$120,000-$140,000/year
Regional Clinical Resource Nurse supports clinical leaders and their teams with the clinical care being provided in multiple facilities across an assigned region, providing input on, and support for, the implementation of strong clinical systems that result in the highest quality of care. The Clinical Resource Nurse monitors, performs, and manages quality assurance processes including those supporting compliance to regulatory and/or accreditation standards.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to satisfactorily perform each essential function listed below.
• Provide mentorship to clinical leader and other facility-based clinical staff.
• Utilization of CQI principles in identifying opportunities for improvement, and collaboration with the facility team to make improvements.
• Regular facility visits to assist in identifying clinical priorities, development of corrective action plans and monitoring of action plans.
• Assistance with management of accreditation process from preparation through Plan of Correction development.
• Delivery of educational programs.
• Supports the development and implementation of quality assurance measurements and audits, and assists in improving medical management processes throughout the skilled nursing facilities.
• Market by coordinating and engaging in activities to proactively promote implementation of evidence based best practices.
• Performs other related duties and activities as required.

Minimum Knowledge and Skills required for the Job
The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or abilities required to perform the job.
Education and Experience:
• Must have current RN License
• Preferred experience as a regional clinical nurse leader
• 2 or more years’ experience as a Regional/Clinical Skilled Nursing RN Resource preferred.
• Electronic Medical Records EMR knowledge needed.
• Strong CQI knowledge
• Regulatory knowledge – as it relates to accreditation process and standards
• Strong teamwork, mentorship and communication skills
• Valid driver’s license
Certificates, Licenses, and Registrations:
• Must have current RN license
Other Skills and Abilities:
• Service-oriented (positive, enthusiastic, empathetic and respectful demeanor)
Other Requirements:
• Multiple locations in an assigned region with 75% travel
Physical Requirements:
• Light work. Exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 10 pounds of force frequently, and/or a negligible amount of force constantly to move objects. If the use of arm and/or leg controls requires exertion of forces greater than that for sedentary work and the worker sits most of the time, the job is rated for light work.
