We are seeking a Clinical Research Project Manager to help lead and coordinate industry-sponsored clinical research initiatives from startup through execution. In this role, you will serve as a key connection point among investigators, research teams, sponsors, and institutional stakeholders—helping studies move forward efficiently, thoughtfully, and in alignment with project goals.

o Develop and manage project plans, timelines, milestones, deliverables, dependencies, and risk mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
o Bring together cross-functional teams, including investigators, research operations, data and analytics teams, sponsors, and institutional stakeholders.
o Monitor project progress against goals, proactively identify barriers, escalate risks, and help implement solutions.
o Serve as the central point of coordination for assigned projects, helping stakeholders stay aligned and accountable for deliverables.
o Facilitate project meetings, working sessions, and governance discussions; document decisions, track action items, and ensure timely follow-through.
o Create and maintain project documentation, status reports, dashboards, and leadership communications that support transparency and informed decision-making.
o Collect, review, and support completion of regulatory and operational documentation required for study startup and implementation.

How You’ll Make an Impact
o Contribute to improvement initiatives focused on research efficiency, stakeholder engagement, process standardization, and service excellence.
o Develop and maintain standard operating procedures, project documentation, and operational workflows that help teams work consistently and effectively.
o Prepare reports, presentations, and recommendations for leadership regarding project progress, risks, opportunities, and outcomes.

Collaboration and Sponsor Engagement
o Serve as a primary liaison, when needed, between industry sponsors, investigators, subject matter experts, and institutional stakeholders.
o Support and lead project meetings, sponsor discussions, site visits, and stakeholder working sessions, ensuring follow-up actions are completed.
o Support the development and management of project scopes, budgets, proposals, statements of work, and sponsor deliverables.
o Coordinate communication plans and provide regular project updates to leadership, sponsors, and stakeholders.
o Perform other duties as assigned in support of the team and organizational goals.
o Follow institutional policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements to support compliant research operations
