Day ShiftTrinity Health Of New England is seeking an experienced and collaborative Clinical Research Manager to lead and oversee the daily operations of our clinical research programs. This leadership role is responsible for advancing clinical research initiatives across the region while ensuring compliance with all regulatory, institutional, and ethical standards governing human subject research.
As a key liaison between research teams and organizational leadership, the Clinical Research Manager drives operational excellence across the research lifecycle, from study feasibility and startup through study conduct, quality assurance, and closeout activities. The successful candidate will provide leadership to research staff, foster strategic partnerships with sponsors and stakeholders, and support a culture of innovation, compliance, and continuous improvement.
