Position Highlights
The Clinical Research Coordinator – Training develops, coordinates, and maintains training activities for all study types at the research location, including clinical trials, longitudinal studies, and community-based research. This role designs and delivers standardized onboarding, role-specific learning pathways, protocol- and study-specific training plans, and ongoing education to support staff readiness, regulatory compliance, and consistent research operations. Working closely with research leadership, study teams, regulatory and compliance teams, and external collaborators, the coordinator identifies training needs, maintains audit-ready training documentation, supports competency assessment, and refines training processes based on feedback, quality outcomes, and evolving study requirements. This position serves as a central resource for research training, helping ensure staff are prepared, confident, and equipped to conduct high-quality, participant-centered research. In addition, a portion of this role involves working directly with research participants to support accurate, timely, and participant-centered study activities.

A Brief Overview
An advanced position that contributes to the overall operations of one or more research studies. The CRC is responsible for implementation of the study protocol, recruitment plan, study visits, data, study assessments, and other tasks outlined in the protocol. This position requires close collaboration with the study team and investigator to ensure safe and compliant research procedures and follow-up per the established research protocol. This position will work directly with research participants, physicians, nurses, community stakeholders, and health/social service organizations. This position has opportunities for ongoing learning and contribution to research that is focused on improving health and wellbeing of individuals and the community. This position may include travel.
