Panoramic Health's Clinical Research Division is growing, and we're looking for an experienced Clinical Research Coordinator II to join our Jacksonville Beach team.

What You'll Do
As the Clinical Research Coordinator II, you will lead day-to-day clinical trial operations at the site level while ensuring compliance with protocol requirements, regulatory standards, and Good Clinical Practice (GCP).
Study Coordination & Patient Recruitment
• Review and understand research protocols and study requirements
• Identify, pre-screen, recruit, and enroll eligible research participants
• Obtain and document informed consent in accordance with GCP and site SOPs
• Collaborate with providers, clinic staff, and central research teams to drive enrollment goals
• Develop and implement workflows that optimize recruitment and study execution
Study Management & Compliance
• Coordinate and schedule participant visits according to protocol requirements
• Maintain accurate and timely study documentation and source records
• Complete case report forms (CRFs) and electronic data entry with a high degree of accuracy
• Ensure adherence to ALCOA documentation principles
• Manage investigational product accountability and study supplies
• Collect and process laboratory specimens according to protocol requirements
Monitoring & Regulatory Support
• Prepare for sponsor and CRO monitoring visits
• Resolve data queries and action items promptly
• Maintain study logs, temperature records, and accountability documentation
• Report adverse events and serious adverse events according to sponsor, IRB, and regulatory requirements
• Support ongoing protocol compliance and quality initiatives
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
• 3–5 years of clinical research experience as a Clinical Research Coordinator or similar role
• Strong knowledge of GCP, FDA regulations, and clinical research processes
• Experience recruiting, consenting, and managing research participants
• Knowledge of medical terminology and clinical documentation
• Ability to manage multiple studies simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to perform basic clinical procedures, including:

◦ Height and weight measurements
◦ Blood collection/phlebotomy
◦ ECGs
Preferred Qualifications
• Medical Assistant Certification
• Bachelor's degree in a health-related field
• ACRP or SOCRA Certification
• GCP and/or IATA Certification
• Experience in nephrology, chronic kidney disease (CKD), vascular access, or related therapeutic areas
• Bilingual Spanish skills
