Clinical Trials Coordinator – CNS & Behavioral Health
IMA Clinical Research | Chicago, IL
Full-Time | $60,000–$65,000 + Sign-On Bonus

Help shape tomorrow's psychiatric and CNS treatments. At IMA Clinical Research, you'll be the steady, trusted presence guiding participants through every step of their study journey — while gaining hands-on experience across our Phase II–IV trial portfolio (we do not conduct Phase I studies).

What You'll Do

• Run day-to-day trial operations, keeping studies on protocol and on track
• Coordinate scheduling, procedures, assessments, and follow-up visits
• Perform phlebotomy and handle specimen collection/processing
• Be the go-to liaison between participants, investigators, sponsors, and CROs
• Keep source documents and case report forms audit-ready
• Support monitoring visits and regulatory reviews
• Assist with safety reporting and participant retention

What You Bring

• 2+ years coordinating clinical research studies
• Phlebotomy proficiency
• Bachelor's degree
• CNS, psychiatry, psychology, neuroscience, or behavioral health research experience a plus
• Strong multitasking across active studies
• CCRC certification a plus, not required
