As our MDS Coordinator, you'll play a key role in supporting resident care, regulatory compliance, and reimbursement accuracy. Working closely with the interdisciplinary team, you'll help ensure assessments, care plans, and documentation reflect each resident's individual needs while promoting the highest standards of quality care.
This position is ideal for an organized, detail-oriented nurse who enjoys collaborating with others and making a meaningful impact on resident outcomes.
✔ Active Registered Nurse (RN) license required
✔ License must be current and in good standing
✔ Current CPR certification required
✔ Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills
✔ Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
✔ Knowledge of MDS, care planning, and long-term care regulations preferred
✔ High personal integrity and professionalism
