Key Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership and deliver high-quality, person-centred care
• Develop, implement, and review individualised care plans
• Conduct clinical assessments and lead clinical decision-making
• Build strong relationships with residents and support their individual goals
• Liaise with medical and allied health professionals and residents’ families
• Supervise and support Personal Care Workers
• Practice holistically while guiding and supporting the care team

About You

• Bachelor of Nursing with current AHPRA registration
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and time-management abilities
• A calm, compassionate and resilient nurse who can build trust and connection with people living with dementia
• Committed to delivering person-centred care that preserves dignity, independence and quality of life
• Able to adapt to changing situations and support residents with complex physical, cognitive and behavioural needs
• Experience in aged care or dementia care is desirable but not essential
• New graduates and nurses transitioning from other healthcare settings are encouraged to apply
