Job Role

Adams Clinical is looking for a hands-on, tactical Clinical Recruiter to own the day-to-day execution of our recruiting pipeline. This is not a strategy-setting or people-management role — it's a high-volume, execution-focused position for someone who thrives on sourcing, screening, scheduling and moving candidates efficiently from first contact through offer. You'll be the engine behind our hiring process, working closely with hiring managers across clinical and operational teams to fill roles quickly without sacrificing candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for a high volume of open requisitions across clinical and operational roles, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination and offer support.
  • Source and engage candidates for clinical roles (e.g., Principal Investigators, Clinical Research Coordinators, Dosing Session Monitors and other Clinician related positions), leveraging job boards, LinkedIn, Boolean search, and networking to build strong talent pipelines.
  • Carry candidates through the entire recruiting pipeline from first outreach to offer acceptance, ensuring a smooth, well-communicated experience at every stage.
  • Conduct initial phone screens and coordinate interviews with hiring managers, keeping the process moving on schedule.
  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date candidate and requisition records in our applicant tracking system (Greenhouse), ensuring data integrity for reporting.
  • Handle the administrative and operational details of recruiting — scheduling, status updates, offer paperwork and requisition tracking — with strong attention to detail.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and provide regular pipeline updates.
  • Help maintain and grow a pipeline of qualified passive candidates for hard-to-fill and recurring clinical roles.
  • Systematically track and organize recruiting data (time-to-fill, pipeline health, and diversity) to generate polished weekly reports for the VP of HR and Director of HR.

What We're looking for:

  • 5 + years hands-on experience filling clinical or healthcare-related roles.
  • Bachelors Degree (Preferred)
  • Strong sourcing experience across multiple channels (LinkedIn, job boards, Boolean search, networking).
  • Demonstrated tactical knowledge of carrying candidates through a full start-to-end recruiting pipeline at prior organizations.Experience with Greenhouse or a similar applicant tracking system.
  • Comfort managing a high volume of open requisitions (20+) simultaneously.
  • Excellent organizational skills and follow-through — this role is detail-heavy and admin-intensive.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build trust quickly with hiring managers and candidates.
  • A team-player mindset — this is an individual contributor role with no direct reports, focused on execution rather than strategy or oversight.
