Job Description

Clinical Quality Lead is a senior clinical leadership role and is an exciting opportunity to be an integral part of the Clinical Quality Team, which sits within the Clinical Excellence Team. As Clinical Quality Lead, you will be responsible for driving the Ingeus HAAS quality strategy with the Head of Clinical Quality. You will work with internal and external stakeholders, and help influence and shape the design of, and support the implementation of Ingeus’ HAAS Assessment Quality Plan (AQP) and Quality Improvement Plan (QIP) which includes activities such as AQA, Audit, and coaching.

What you'll be doing:

  • Work closely with the DWP in the Independent Audit & Observation Program playing a key part in the challenge and calibration process bringing back and sharing learning promoting alignment across the business.
  • Engage with key stakeholders to support clinical policy change and effectively roll out updates to business
  • Support the utilisation of Audit Quality Assurance (AQA) process to ensure that audit and other support activities delivered internally across the organization are of the highest standards.
  • Coordinate and facilitate effective collaboration across operations identifying opportunities for process enhancements, and driving initiatives that promote excellence in clinical quality.
  • Drive MI solutions that leverage data-driven insights, promote a culture of continuous improvement, and play a pivotal role in advancing our services while ensuring the highest standards of quality and innovation
  • Ensure that all people activities are supported, and as the role evolves people management activities executed against Ingeus best practice and values
  • Support modelling of AQP and resource management to ensure efficient delivery of all audit activity, maintaining close working relationships and managerial support in delivering the service.
  • Carry out telephone, video and/ or face-to-face functional assessments to maintain approval in WCA.
  • Keep up to date with clinical Best Practice including liaising with a range of clinical peers across the NHS and private healthcare sector, charities and support organisations to obtain and evaluate evidence that assists and ensure this is embedded throughout activities in the AQP

What we are looking for:

  • A minimum of 6 months experience in a senior clinical role such as Quality Assurance Lead, Clinical Assurance Lead, Head of Clinical
  • A minimum of 12 months experience as a DWP approved Functional Assessor, achieving consistently high-quality clinical audit outcomes
  • A minimum of 12 months' post-qualification experience as a Dr physiotherapist, nurse or occupational therapist.
  • Be HCPC / NMC/ GMC registered with no restrictions on practice
  • Audit and PBR trained with demonstrable high-quality outputs.
  • Ability to develop and implement service quality strategies aligning quality initiatives with organizational goals and adjust strategies and plans based on changing circumstances.
  • Ability to use MI to communicate and direct the quality agenda, along side qualitative information to inform quality initiatives.
