
The Clinical Quality Lead will provide leadership related to quality of clinical services at Esperanza Health Centers. Sets goals and objectives as related to Esperanza’s strategic plan. Leads the clinical team and partners with population health team members to support and enhance Esperanza’s clinical care model to achieve the population health aim of the Quadruple Aim. Provides primary medical care services in the ambulatory and/or inpatient settings. The Clinical Quality Lead reports to the Chief Medical Officer and collaborates across sites and teams at Esperanza, especially with the Quality, Population Health, and Compliance and Risk Management, to advance the delivery of high quality primary medical care.
