Job Description


We are currently looking for a Clinical Quality Analyst (UAE National) to join a leading healthcare organization in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in hospital quality management and healthcare performance improvement.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and evaluate clinical quality standards within the hospital

  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and accreditation requirements

  • Conduct audits and support quality improvement initiatives

  • Analyze performance data and prepare quality reports

  • Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to enhance patient care standards


Requirements


Requirements:

  • UAE National (Emirati)

  • Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Management, Nursing, Public Health, or related field

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in a hospital setting

  • Strong knowledge of healthcare quality standards and regulatory compliance

  • Excellent analytical and reporting skills
