
UNM Medical Group, Inc. is hiring a Clinical Psychologist to join our Center for Reproductive Health Clinic. This opportunity is a part-time (0.5FTE 20 hours a week) day shift opening located in Albuquerque, New Mexico.
*Sign-on Bonus Available*
Minimum $103,756 - Midpoint $132,228*
*Salary is determined based on years of total relevant experience.
*Salary is based on 1.0 FTE (full time equivalent) or 40 hours per week. Less than 40 hours/week will be prorated and adjusted to the appropriate FTE.
The Clinical Psychologist provides evidence-based psychological assessment, intervention, and consultation for individuals and families experiencing reproductive health concerns, with a specialized focus on early pregnancy loss, fetal anomalies resulting in pregnancy termination, and abortion care. The psychologist works as an integral member of a multidisciplinary reproductive health team, delivering trauma-informed, patient-centered care. The role includes counseling, crisis intervention, warm hand offs, interdisciplinary collaboration, education, and program development to support patients navigating complex reproductive decisions and pregnancy outcomes.
Minimum Job Requirements of a Clinical Psychologist:
Doctorate degree in Psychology, and completion of Pre-doctoral Clinical Internship with at least 1 year of experience that is directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified. State of NM Licensed Psychologist, or eligibility for NM licensure, as documented by out-of-state licensure. Completed degree from an accredited institution that are above the minimum education requirement may be substituted for experience on a year for year basis. Verification of education and licensure (if applicable) will be required if selected for hire.
