£53,755 – £60,504 per annum (pro rata, dependent on experience)

We’re recruiting a Clinical Psychologist to join a specialist neurorehabilitation service in Llanelli, South Wales. This is a rewarding opportunity to work within a multidisciplinary team supporting adults with acquired brain injuries. You’ll deliver evidence-based psychological care, contribute to service development, and play a key role in shaping recovery journeys. The role offers clinical autonomy, flexible working, and a supportive team culture.

Your Responsibilities

In this role, you will

  • Deliver specialist psychological and neuropsychological assessments.
  • Develop collaborative formulations and rehabilitation goals.
  • Provide evidence-based interventions tailored to individual needs.
  • Act as a clinical lead/keyworker within a multidisciplinary team.
  • Offer consultation and advice to colleagues, families, and external professionals.
  • Contribute to clinical governance, audit, and service improvement initiatives.

Qualifications & Experience

Essential:

  • HCPC-registered Clinical Psychologist
  • Experience working with acquired brain injury or neuropsychology

Desirable (but not essential):

  • Experience in clinical leadership, supervision, or service development
  • Strong MDT collaboration and communication skills
